Registration to NetSci 2018 reached its full capacity. We are sorry we can't register you at the moment, however, we are listing you in our waiting list.

To optimize planning, we encourage you to register early.
Payment of the registration fee can be done through: credit card, secure online payment, bank transfer, payment order ("bon de commande" only for French institutions).
Registration fees are broken down by: student, postdoc, faculty, non-academic.
Registration is possible for the entire event and for satellites only (1 day or 2 days of Satellite Meetings).
You will have the possibility during the registration process to ask for an invitation letter to attend the conference if it is needed for a visa request.
The registration form will ask you for the EasyChair Submission numbers of any oral presentations, posters, or lightning talks you have accepted by the conference.
Each registered participant can present max 1 contribution.
Presenters of accepted contributions must register by March 20 to guarantee their slot in the program.
Registration Deadlines
All deadlines will end at midnight (00:00) Central Europe Summer Time (UTC+2)
February 8: Registration opens.
March 20: Registration for presenters of accepted contributions ends.
April 10: Early registration ends.
May 28: Online registration ends.
NO ONSITE REGISTRATION WILL BE ALLOWED

*Please consider that some Satellites may have in addition their own registration system (at no cost) for better planning participation. Please check their websites. All participants to Satellites need to be registered to NetSci 2018.
Social Dinner
In the registration you will also have the opportunity to purchase the ticket for the social dinner that will take place on Wednesday, June 13.
The ticket price is 85 Euros.
Please note that there is a limited number of seats for the Social Dinner. Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation requests for the registration fee must be sent in writing to NetSci 2018 AOS Logistics Secretariat by e-mail (netsci2018@atout-org.com).
For cancellation requests received by May 2, 2018 (inclusive), the registration fee minus an administrative charge of 50 Euros will be refunded after the conference.
Cancellation requests received after the deadline will not be refunded.
