The main expenses for organizing the conference are renting venues, organizing the catering for the conference and covering the invited speakers’ costs. To lower the conference fee and thus promoting a larger participation, some partners and sponsors are already supporting the organizing committee.

Every interested Institution might support the conference through the following programs:

Bronze

• Logo exposed on the conference press materials (website & paper program) 

• 1 flyer in the conference bag

Silver

• Bronze's benefits

• Up to 2 conference attendees pass 

• Logo printed on the conference bag 

• 1 gadget in the conference bag 

• Dedicated space at the poster sessions to promote Sponsor’s Organization/Products and advertise for job positions.   

Gold

• Silver’s benefits 

• +1 conference attendees pass 

• Honored on the inaugural day and social event

• Honored through the official Twitter account and Facebook page of the conference at the conference kick-off   

Diamond

• +2 conference attendees pass

• Logos on permanent screens onsite showing continuously the current program and events
